The invention provides a ship monitoring system, a control method of the ship monitoring system, and a storage medium. The influence of time delay of communication can be reduced. A ship monitoring system is provided with: an on-board information processing device provided in a ship and having an on-board communication unit and an information acquisition unit for acquiring hull movement information relating to hull movement of the ship; and an auxiliary information processing device provided outside the ship and having a time lag determination unit, a state prediction unit, and an auxiliary-side communication unit capable of communicating with the on-board communication unit. The time delay determination unit determines, as a reception time delay, the time from the transmission of the hull movement information by the on-board communication unit until the reception of the hull movement information by the auxiliary-side communication unit. The state prediction unit inputs hull motion information and a reception time lag to a hull motion model relating to hull motion of a ship, and predicts a second motion state of the ship that advances for a period based on the reception time lag from a first motion state of the ship indicated by the hull motion information.

    提供一种船舶监视系统、船舶监视系统的控制方法、存储介质,能够减少通信的时间延迟的影响。船舶监视系统具备:船上信息处理装置,其设置于船舶,具有船上通信部和获取与船舶的船体运动有关的船体运动信息的信息获取部;辅助信息处理装置,其设置于船舶外,具有时间滞后确定部、状态预测部及能够与船上通信部进行通信的辅助侧通信部。时间滞后确定部将从船上通信部发送船体运动信息起到由辅助侧通信部接收到该船体运动信息为止的时间确定为接收时间滞后。状态预测部向与船舶的船体运动有关的船体运动模型输入船体运动信息和接收时间滞后,来预测从由船体运动信息表示的船舶的第一运动状态起前进了基于接收时间滞后的期间的船舶的第二运动状态。
