The starting condition of the second system which is started slowly can be monitored through the first system which is started quickly, the monitoring image is displayed through the first system application or the second system application based on the starting condition of the second system, and by deploying double-platform image monitoring, the problem of slow starting of image monitoring can be solved, and the monitoring efficiency is improved. And function complementation can be realized by deploying double systems, so that the experience effect of user image monitoring is improved.
