The invention discloses a high-voltage cable line patrol unmanned aerial vehicle which comprises an unmanned aerial vehicle body, a flight driving assembly, a wing overturning driving assembly and a line patrol obstacle crossing mechanism. The two telescopic wing assemblies are installed on the two sides of the unmanned aerial vehicle body correspondingly. The propellers are arranged at the outer ends of the telescopic wing assemblies and are driven by the power motors; the two telescopic wing assemblies can be driven by the wing overturning driving assembly to rotate synchronously, and the line patrol obstacle crossing mechanism comprises two track connecting units. The obstacle crossing impeller is arranged at the outer end of the connecting roller in the rail connecting unit; the obstacle crossing impeller is provided with a plurality of blades which are evenly distributed in the circumferential direction of the axis of the obstacle crossing impeller. When the line patrol unmanned aerial vehicle encounters the spacing rod in the line patrol process, the spacing rod can be clamped through the blades on the obstacle crossing impeller, the spacing rod serves as a fulcrum, the whole line patrol unmanned aerial vehicle is lifted and crosses the spacing rod, and the influence of the spacing rod on the line patrol unmanned aerial vehicle in the line patrol operation is avoided.
