本发明公开了一款浸入式直流液冷充电线缆,包括主线缆及设置于其内液冷线组,所述液冷线组包括电缆导体和绝缘层,所述绝缘层包覆于所述电缆导体外,所述电缆导体与绝缘层之间设置有液冷空腔,所述液冷空腔设置有多个支撑件,所述支撑件两端分别延伸至电缆导体及绝缘层且将液冷空腔分隔出多个均匀的液冷通道。本发明支撑件与绝缘层为一体化设计,通过挤塑方式与电缆导体直接生产为成品,效率高,稳定性好。支撑件阻隔成多个均匀的液冷通道,确保电缆导体的散热均匀性,而且支撑件对电缆导体起到支撑作用,在液冷充电线缆折弯时对液冷通道形状的稳定性起到极好的稳固作用,避免电缆导体偏近任一侧的绝缘层造成散热不均。
