Subtracting the heat accumulation value of the current period from different heat dissipating capacities corresponding to each derating coefficient to obtain a heat net increase value corresponding to each derating coefficient of the current period, accumulating the heat net increase value with a heat net increase value of a historical period, comparing an accumulated increase value obtained by accumulation with a preset increase threshold, determining a target derating coefficient, and determining the target derating coefficient according to the target derating coefficient. The motor is subjected to thermal protection based on the target derating coefficient in the next period, a temperature sensor does not need to detect the current temperature of the motor, the installation cost of the temperature sensor is reduced, meanwhile, the situation that the service life of the motor is affected due to temperature sensor faults is avoided, and the driving safety of a driver is improved.

    本发明涉及电机控制技术领域,公开了一种电机热保护方法、装置、系统、车辆及存储介质,本发明通过获取电机当前运行电流值,计算当前周期的热积累值,基于预先构建的不同降额系数与不同散热量的关系,将当前周期的热积累值与每一降额系数对应的不同散热量作差,得到当前周期的每一降额系数对应的热净增加值,再与历史周期的热净增加值进行累加,并将累加得到的累计增加值与预设的增加阈值进行比较,确定目标降额系数,并在下一周期基于目标降额系数对电机进行热保护,无需温度传感器检测当前电机的温度,减少了温度传感器的安装成本,同时避免因温度传感器故障,影响电机寿命,提高驾驶人员的驾驶安全。
