The invention relates to the technical field of expressway monitoring, and particularly discloses a speed measuring system based on an evidence obtaining interval of a toll portal, which comprises an evidence obtaining unit, an evidence generating unit, an evidence processing unit and an evidence sending unit, and is characterized in that the evidence obtaining unit comprises a starting point camera and a terminal point camera which are arranged on two different expressway toll gantries; the evidence generation unit generates evidence data; the evidence processing unit converts the evidence data into an RTSP video stream with a two-dimensional code through an image encoder, decodes the RTSP video stream through a local internet area to generate an evidence chain, and uploads the evidence chain to a cloud OSS for storage; the evidence sending unit sends the stored evidence chain to the boundary of the government affair network through the FTP and pushes the evidence chain to the off-site law enforcement server, and the traffic police video private network analyzes the evidence chain and then pushes the evidence chain to the traffic police private network set index platform. According to the interval speed measurement system based on the evidence collection of the toll portal, illegal vehicles can be efficiently pushed in real time, and the highway traffic environment is effectively improved.
