The unmanned evidence obtaining system comprises an unmanned vehicle and a plurality of geomagnetic sensors, the geomagnetic sensors are in communication connection with the unmanned vehicle, and a plurality of charging piles are further arranged in the area of the roadside berth; a plurality of unmanned aerial vehicles are arranged in the unmanned vehicle, each unmanned aerial vehicle is provided with a second camera shooting unit, a first power storage unit and a second power storage unit, the first power storage unit is used for supplying power to the unmanned aerial vehicles, and when the unmanned aerial vehicles fly back into the unmanned vehicle, the second power storage unit charges the unmanned vehicle; the system further comprises a background server, and the background server is in communication connection with the unmanned vehicle and the unmanned aerial vehicle at the same time. When the vehicle is parked in the parking space in the secondary area, the parking space is monitored through the charged unmanned aerial vehicle, evidence obtaining can be conducted on the vehicle driving away in time, and the endurance of the unmanned aerial vehicle is guaranteed; and when all the vehicles parked at the parking spaces in the secondary area are driven away, the unmanned aerial vehicle can be recycled, and the unmanned aerial vehicle is charged through the second power storage unit on the unmanned aerial vehicle, so that the cruising ability of the unmanned aerial vehicle is improved.

    本发明公开了一种路边泊位的无人取证系统及其取证方法,包括无人车和多个地磁感应器,地磁感应器与无人车通信连接,路边泊位的区域内还设有多个充电桩;无人车内设有多个无人机,无人机上设有第二摄像单元、第一储电单元和第二储电单元,第一储电单元用于对无人机供电,当无人机飞回无人车内时,第二储电单元对无人车充电;还包括后台服务器,后台服务器同时与无人车以及无人机通信连接。当次级区域内的泊位停有车辆时,通过充电中的无人机对泊位进行监控,能够及时对驶离的车辆取证,还保证了无人机的续航;当次级区域内的泊位停放的车辆全部驶离时,能够回收无人机,通过无人机上的第二储电单元对无人车充电,以提高无人车的续航能力。
