The method comprises the steps of 1, inputting a natural driving data set of a city or an expressway region; 2, establishing an asymmetric Yukawa traffic potential energy calculation module, and estimating a risk value of a main vehicle at a certain moment in a driving process; constructing a Gaussian lane line risk calculation module, and calculating the risk in the dynamic space-time vehicle environment; 3, performing risk assessment on a specific vehicle track fragment in the natural driving data set, and constructing a vehicle risk value data set attached with a risk value label; and 4, carrying out classification processing on the risk values of different track fragments by applying an unsupervised clustering machine learning algorithm. And a risk threshold is set, and an unsupervised clustering result is defined, so that a dangerous scene or an unconventional scene is identified and analyzed. The method is suitable for the extraction of the test scene, can improve the intelligent automobile test efficiency based on the scene, and accelerates the landing time and cost of the intelligent automobile in the algorithm and hardware level.
本发明是一种基于智能汽车交通态势风险认知的场景提取方法。一、输入城市或高速公路地区的自然驾驶数据集;二、建立非对称Yukawa交通势能计算模块,估算主车在行驶过程中某一时刻的风险值;构建高斯车道线风险计算模块,计算动态时空车辆环境中的风险;三、对自然驾驶数据集中的特定车辆轨迹片段进行风险评估,构建附有风险值标签的车辆风险值数据集;四、应用无监督聚类机器学习算法,对不同轨迹片段的风险值进行分类处理。并设定风险阈值,对无监督聚类结果进行界定,从而识别和分析出危险场景或非常规场景。本发明适用于测试场景的提取,能够提高基于场景的智能汽车测试效率,并加速智能汽车在算法与硬件层面的落地时间和成本。
