The invention discloses a rotor experiment device for simulating various maneuvering flights, and belongs to the technical field of aero-engine rotor vibration experiments, the rotor experiment device comprises a rotor test bed and a rotor assembly, a second platform and a first platform are sequentially arranged below the rotor test bed, a lifting mechanism is arranged between the rotor test bed and the second platform, and the first platform is connected with the rotor assembly. A rotating mechanism is arranged between the second platform and the first platform, and the rotor test bench is further provided with a lubricating oil assembly and a measuring assembly. A complex maneuvering flight environment is simulated through a sliding rail mechanism, vibration reduction is performed through a lubricating oil assembly, and the influence of an extrusion oil film on a rotor is analyzed; the lifting mechanism is used for simulating a maneuvering flight environment of pitching and rolling under the action of an inertial load, and the rotating mechanism is used for simulating a maneuvering flight environment of yawing under the action of the inertial load; and finally, recording experimental data and performing dynamic characteristic analysis by using the measuring assembly. According to the invention, various maneuvering flight conditions under the action of inertial load can be simulated, and experimental data support is provided for experimental research of a rotor system.

    本发明公开了一种模拟多种机动飞行的转子实验装置,属于航空发动机转子振动实验技术领域,包括转子试验台及转子组件,转子试验台下方依次设有第二平台和第一平台,转子试验台与第二平台之间设有升降机构,第二平台与第一平台之间设有旋转机构,转子试验台上还设有滑油组件及测量组件。通过滑轨机构来模拟复杂的机动飞行环境,通过滑油组件进行减振并分析挤压油膜对转子的影响;利用升降机构模拟惯性载荷作用下俯仰、滚转的机动飞行环境,通过旋转机构模拟惯性载荷作用下偏航的机动飞行环境;最后利用测量组件记录实验数据并进行动力学特性分析。本发明能够模拟惯性载荷作用下多种机动飞行情况,为转子系统的试验研究提供实验数据支持。
