The invention relates to a test device and method for simulating maneuvering flight of a squeeze film damper rotor system. The test device comprises a rotor tester mounting platform, a yaw control motor, a rolling control platform, a pitching control connecting rod and an experimental platform foundation. Starting a control motor to perform yawing motion, and starting motors at two ends of the rolling control platform to realize rolling motion; and two telescopic mechanisms in the pitching control connecting rod are controlled to realize pitching motion. And meanwhile, motors at the two ends of a control motor yaw motion and rolling control platform and two telescopic mechanisms in a control pitching control connecting rod are started, and coupling motion of yaw motion, rolling motion and pitching motion is achieved. Maneuvering actions such as yawing, pitching, rolling and coupling can be completed only through three control variables. Modularized design is adopted, and cost of installation, debugging, operation and later maintenance and repair is low.
本发明涉及一种模拟挤压油膜阻尼器转子系统机动飞行的试验装置和方法,包括转子试验器安装平台、偏航控制电机、翻滚控制平台、俯仰控制连杆和实验平台基础。启动控制电机偏航运动,启动翻滚控制平台两端的电机,实现翻滚运动;控制俯仰控制连杆中的两个伸缩机构,实现俯仰运动。同时启动控制电机偏航运动,翻滚控制平台两端的电机和控制俯仰控制连杆中的两个伸缩机构,实现偏航运动、翻滚运动和俯仰运动的耦合运动。只需三个控制变量便可完成偏航、俯仰、滚转和耦合等机动动作。采用模块化设计,安装、调试、运行和后期维护维修成本低。
