The invention provides a temperature difference energy-pressure difference energy power generation device for a rising and submerging type submersible, the device is composed of a rising and submerging bin, a cold storage bin and a power generation bin, the rising and submerging bin provides deep sea-sea surface rising and submerging power for the power generation device, and the power generation bin adopts a closed turbine power generation thermodynamic cycle to generate power. The cold storage bin stores cold energy in the deep sea through the solid-liquid phase change solidification process, and the rising and submerging bin drives the submersible to rise and submerge through temperature difference energy-pressure difference energy composite power. The cold storage bin stores cold energy in the deep sea through the solid-liquid phase change solidification process and provides an intermittent cold source for the power generation bin. The power generation bin adopts closed turbine power generation thermodynamic cycle, and conversion of temperature difference energy and electric energy is achieved under driving of sea surface warm seawater and a cold source carried by the cold storage bin.     本发明提供一种升潜型潜水器用温差能‑压差能发电装置,该装置由升潜仓、储冷仓及发电仓构成,升潜仓为发电装置提供深海‑海表的升潜动力,发电仓采用闭式透平发电热力循环进行发电,储冷仓在深海中通过固液相变凝固过程储存冷能,升潜仓采用温差能‑压差能复合动力驱动潜水器升潜;储冷仓在深海中通过固液相变凝固过程储存冷能并为发电仓提供间歇性冷源;发电仓采用闭式透平发电热力循环,在海表温海水和储冷仓所载冷源的驱动下实现温差能‑电能的转换;本发明为长时序水下工作的潜水器提供了一种自主式快速能量捕获转化方法,解决了深远海长时自主工作潜水器自载电能储备与续航之间的对立问题。
