The invention discloses a lifting appliance for assembling a permanent magnet motor shell, and particularly relates to the technical field of lifting appliances, the lifting appliance comprises rotating claws, two clamping and lifting mechanisms are oppositely arranged between the two rotating claws, each clamping and lifting mechanism comprises two clamping plates which are symmetrically distributed, lifting plates are rotationally arranged at the outer ends of the clamping plates, and the lifting plates are arranged on the rotating claws. A rotating component for changing the angle of the clamping plate is arranged between the upper lifting plate and the lower lifting plate, a penetrating rod is vertically arranged between the upper lifting plate and the lower lifting plate in a penetrating mode, and a transverse base is horizontally arranged between the middle position of the penetrating rod and the rotating claw. By combining the clamping and hoisting mechanism, the motor shell and the rotating claw, the motor shell can be clamped and hoisted, the trouble of forming a threaded groove in the motor shell can be reduced compared with screw connection hoisting, meanwhile, the size of the clamping space for the motor shell can be adjusted according to the diameter of the motor shell, the grabbing and clamping force between the motor shell and the motor shell can be increased, and the clamping efficiency of the motor shell can be improved. And meanwhile, the hoisting convenience and the hoisting efficiency of the motor shell are improved.

    本发明公开了一种永磁电机壳体装配用吊具,具体涉及吊具技术领域,包括转动爪,两个所述转动爪之间相对设置有两个夹持起吊机构,每个所述夹持起吊机构均包括对称分布的两个夹持板,所述夹持板外端转动设置有升降板,且二者之间设置有改变夹持板角度的转动构件,上下两个所述升降板之间竖直且贯穿设置有贯穿杆,所述贯穿杆中间位置与转动爪之间水平设置有横座;本发明通过将夹持起吊机构、电机外壳和转动爪结合,既可对电机外壳起到夹持起吊作用,相对于螺钉连接起吊可减少在电机外壳上开设螺纹槽的麻烦,同时可根据电机外壳的直径调节对其的夹持空间大小,增加与电机外壳之间的抓夹力,同时提高电机外壳起吊便捷性和起吊效率。
