The invention relates to an electric permanent magnet lifting appliance which comprises a frame main beam, a plurality of frame cross beams and cluster matrix array type electric permanent magnets. The frame cross beams are arranged on the lower part of the frame main beam and arrayed in the long edge direction of the frame main beam, the cluster matrix array type electric permanent magnets are arranged on the lower part of the frame cross beams; a plurality of flexible chains are arranged between the frame main beam and the frame cross beams, and a space angle is formed in the bending directions between the adjacent flexible chains; the frame main beam is connected with the flexible chains through first buffer devices, and the frame main beam is connected with the frame cross beams through the first buffer devices and the flexible chains; and the frame cross beams are connected with the electric permanent magnets through second buffer devices, wherein the swing directions of adjacentroller chains are not parallel to each other. The electric permanent magnet lifting appliance has the advantages that adsorption is stable, collision is not prone to occurring between the electric permanent magnets, and assembly and transport are facilitated due to the fact that a magnetic field of the working face of the lifting appliance is fully covered and leakage-proof, and the electric permanent magnet lifting appliance is particularly suitable for whole-plate discharging and single sheet partition discharging of an automatic discharging line.

    本发明涉及一种电永磁吊具,包括框架主梁、设置在所述框架主梁下方的沿框架主梁长边方向阵列的若干框架横梁和设置在所述框架横梁下方的集群矩阵阵列式电永磁体;所述框架主梁与所述框架横梁之间设置若干个柔性链,相邻柔性链之间的弯曲方向成空间角;框架主梁与所述柔性链通过第一缓冲装置连接,框架主梁与框架横梁通过所述第一缓冲装置、柔性链相联接;框架横梁与所述电永磁体之间通过第二缓冲装置连接,其中,所述相邻滚子链之间的摆动方向互不平行。本发明具有吸附稳定、电永磁体之间不易碰撞、吊具工作面磁场全覆盖防漏吸便于装配运输,尤其适宜自动化下料线整板下料单张分区放料。
