The mileage management apparatus includes a processor configured to determine whether a vehicle can complete a journey to its destination by using a mileage based on a state of charge (SOC) value of a high-voltage battery, limit power consumption of a load having a voltage higher than a predetermined voltage when the processor deduces that the vehicle cannot complete the journey, and a processor communicatively connected to the processor and driving a load having a voltage lower than a predetermined voltage to provide heat to a user according to a degree of decrease in the indoor temperature of the vehicle, and an interface device communicatively connected to the processor and configured to display whether a journey can be completed.
