The invention relates to an electric vehicle battery pack thermal runaway warning system and method. The system comprises a gas concentration detection module, a gas pressure detection module, an awakening module, a control module and an alarm module. The gas concentration detection module is used for detecting the gas concentration in the battery pack of the electric vehicle and generating a first abnormal signal and a first wake-up signal; the gas pressure detection module is used for detecting the gas pressure in the battery pack of the electric vehicle and generating a second abnormal signal and a second wake-up signal; the wake-up module is used for supplying power to the control module when receiving the first wake-up signal and/or the second wake-up signal; the control module is used for generating an alarm signal and transmitting the alarm signal to the alarm module; and the alarm module is used for giving an alarm prompt. By adopting the thermal runaway warning system for the battery pack of the electric vehicle, early warning signals with missed reporting and wrong reporting can be avoided, and the reliability of thermal runaway warning is improved.

    本申请涉及一种电动汽车电池包热失控告警系统和方法。所述系统包括气体浓度检测模块、气体压力检测模块、唤醒模块、控制模块与报警模块。气体浓度检测模块,用于检测电动汽车电池包内的气体浓度,以及生成第一异常信号以及第一唤醒信号;气体压力检测模块,用于检测电动汽车电池包内的气体压力,以及生成第二异常信号以及第二唤醒信号;唤醒模块,用于在接收到第一唤醒信号和/或第二唤醒信号时,向控制模块供电;控制模块,用于生成告警信号,并将告警信号传输至报警模块;报警模块,用于进行告警提示。采用本电动汽车电池包热失控告警系统,能够避免漏报错报的预警信号发生,提高热失控告警的可靠性。
