The polymer heat absorption coating is arranged on the inner surface of the flow guide channel, the polymer heat absorption coating is melted, evaporated, sublimated or decomposed and vaporized during high-temperature heating to take away a large amount of heat at the moment that a certain battery cell monomer is in thermal runaway and explosion venting substances enter the flow guide channel, and the explosion venting substances are rapidly cooled and depressurized to prevent thermal diffusion; the safety of personnel, vehicles and environment is ensured when a battery fault occurs.

    本发明公开一种电池包、车辆和电池包热失控抑制方法,包括电池模组和电池包壳体,电池模组包括多个电芯单体,电芯单体底部设置防爆阀,电池包壳体底壁包括由内到外依次设置的绝缘隔热板和导流板,导流板内部设置导流通道,导流板设置泄爆口,泄爆口与防爆阀对应连通,热失控电芯的泄爆物质冲破绝缘隔热板,通过对应泄爆口进入导流通道内部,导流通道内表面还具有高分子吸热涂层。本发明在导流通道内表面设置高分子吸热涂层,在某一电芯单体热失控,泄爆物质进入导流通道的瞬间,高分子吸热涂层在高温加热时融化、蒸发、升华或分解汽化带走大量热量,泄爆物质迅速降温和降压,防止热扩散,确保电池故障发生时人员、车辆、环境安全。
