And a second gear is arranged at the upper end of the pinion part. The small gear piece installed in an interference fit mode is not limited by a planet wheel bearing, the reduction ratio of overall gear transmission is improved under the condition that the size of the barrel shaft hub motor is not changed, the reduction ratio of the whole gear transmission reaches or approaches the reduction ratio of a traditional hub motor, and the performance of a bicycle is guaranteed.

    本发明公开了一种筒轴轮毂电机,包括依次同轴连接的端盖组件、机芯组件以及轮毂,所述端盖组件与轮毂之间固定连接并形成工作腔,机芯组件设置在所述工作腔内部;机芯组件内具有行星齿轮组,行星齿轮组包括行星齿轮主体和小齿轮件,行星齿轮主体内居中设有凸形凹槽,行星齿轮主体上设有台阶,台阶下方的行星齿轮主体外围设置有第一齿轮,小齿轮件的下端设置在台阶上方的凸形凹槽内,小齿轮件的上端设有第二齿轮。采用过盈配合方式安装的小齿轮件不会受到行星轮轴承的限制,在筒轴轮毂电机尺寸不变的情况下提高整体齿轮传动的减速比,使其达到或接近传统的轮毂电机的减速比,保障自行车的性能。
