The ship anti-collision early warning method based on multiple sensors comprises the following steps: arranging a 360-degree panoramic camera and a radar sensor at a target area position of a ship; acquiring image data and distance data in real time by using a 360-degree panoramic camera and a radar sensor; and comparing the distance data with a preset distance threshold value, and judging whether to carry out distance early warning or not according to a comparison result. The system comprises modules corresponding to the steps of the method.
