    本发明公开了一种基于AI及BIM的地下停车场定位导航及报警方法,基于地下停车场定位导航系统,包括可实现停车、充电、寻车以及寻找美食的一键导航方法,根据需要,输入目的地,手机设备自带蓝牙与停车场蓝牙定位设备连接,提供定位信息;依据TDOA算法定位手机所在的墨卡托坐标及所在楼层;生成对应的导航兴趣地;规划导航路线;本发明有效降低车主寻车位或者充电桩等兴趣地的时间,实现车主的反向寻车,消除车主反向寻车的烦恼,且也可对地下停车场的充电桩定位,解决电车车主寻找充电桩的“最后一公里”的痛点,并且摄像头的数据可传输至云端,实现自动图像分析,当车辆出现电动车起火、车辆被划、被盗等问题时,自动报警,实现安全报警功能。
