The invention discloses an automatic track settlement detection device and method, and the device comprises a settlement detection unit which comprises a reference point detection module for detecting the vertical height of the sea side of a track, and a plurality of real-time detection modules which are arranged at intervals in the direction of the track, form a plurality of detection points, and are used for detecting the real-time vertical height of the detection points; the weight detection units are used for detecting the stress value of the track in real time; a wireless transmission unit for receiving and transmitting the detected data; the data processing unit comprises a data transmission module which is used for receiving the detected data and transmitting a data processing result; the data processing module is used for calculating the composite product of the relative height and the track of each detection point; performing correlation analysis on the data to obtain a prediction model of the relative height, and predicting a composite product when the relative height is greater than a preset early warning threshold value according to the prediction model; and a monitoring unit. The method has the beneficial effect of predicting the time for the track to settle to the early warning threshold value and the load capacity in advance.

    本发明公开了一种轨道沉降自动检测装置及方法,包括:沉降检测单元,其包括基准点检测模块用于检测轨道海侧的铅直高度,多个实时检测模块沿轨道方向间隔设置,形成多个检测点,用于检测所述检测点的实时铅直高度;多组重量检测单元,用于实时检测轨道受力值;无线传送单元,其用于接收和传送检测的数据;数据处理单元,其包括数据传送模块用于接收检测的数据和传送数据处理结果;数据处理模块用于计算每个检测点的相对高度、轨道的合成积;以及,以上述数据进行相关性分析,得到相对高度的预测模型,依据预测模型预测相对高度大于预设的预警阈值时的合成积;监控单元。本发明具有提前预测轨道沉降至预警阈值的时间和载重量的有益效果。
