The invention discloses a track line state detection device and a roadbed settlement detection method. The detection device consists of a GPS (Global Positioning System) receiving module, a strapdown inertial navigation system IMU (Inertial Measurement Unit), a laser range finder and an odometer. The strapdown inertial navigation system obtains the orientation and the horizontal attitude angle of the detection device through navigation calculation, and combined navigation calculation is carried out by using mileage information, GPS information and the strapdown inertial navigation system to obtain the real-time three-dimensional coordinates and the advancing mileage of the inertial reference in the measurement process; the inertial reference position is further optimized by using the inertia, mileage information and RTK multi-information fusion technology, the vertical distance between the strapdown inertial navigation system and the rail web feature point is obtained based on the laser ranging assembly, and the three-dimensional coordinates of the rail web position are calculated, so that the roadbed settlement detection result is obtained. The system is high in measurement precision, is simple and convenient to operate, and can achieve all-weather and high-precision state detection and unattended intelligent management of rail transit.
本发明公开了一种轨道线路状态检测装置及路基沉降检测方法,所述检测装置由GPS接收模块、捷联惯导系统IMU、激光测距仪、里程计组成。捷联惯导系统通过导航解算得到检测装置的方位和水平姿态角,利用里程信息、GPS信息与捷联惯导系统进行组合导航解算,得到惯性基准在测量过程中的实时三维坐标及行进里程,进一步利用惯性、里程信息、RTK多信息融合技术优化惯性基准位置,基于激光测距组件获得捷联惯导系统与轨腰特征点的垂向距离,计算得到轨腰位置三维坐标,从而获得路基沉降检测结果。本发明测量精度高、操作简便,能够实现轨道交通全天候、高精度状态检测和无人值守智能化管理。
