The invention belongs to the technical field of key parts of train bogies, and particularly relates to a side bearing wear-resistant layer, a side bearing, a manufacturing method of the side bearing and a train bogie. The wear-resistant layer of the side bearing is made of a composite material comprising polytetrafluoroethylene and a filling agent, wherein the filling agent is selected from one or more of nano silicon dioxide, nano aluminum oxide, graphite, polybenzoate, polyimide, polyphenylene sulfide, polyether-ether-ketone, glass fibers and carbon fibers. According to the side bearing wear-resistant layer developed by the invention, the strength and wear resistance of the material are enhanced, and meanwhile, the side bearing wear-resistant layer has a higher friction coefficient and meets the use requirements of a train bogie. The invention further develops a side bearing manufacturing method, and the bonding firmness between the side bearing wear-resistant layer and the side bearing body is remarkably improved by combining the steps of sand blasting treatment, primer layer coating, corrosive liquid activating treatment, adhesive bonding and the like. On the basis, the invention further provides the train bogie so as to help to improve the stability and safety of train operation.

    本发明属于列车转向架关键零部件技术领域,具体涉及一种旁承耐磨层、旁承、旁承的制造方法及列车转向架。本发明的旁承耐磨层为包括聚四氟乙烯和填充剂的复合材料,填充剂选自纳米二氧化硅、纳米三氧化二铝、石墨、聚苯酯、聚酰亚胺、聚苯硫醚、聚醚醚酮、玻璃纤维、碳纤维中的一种或多种。本发明开发的旁承耐磨层增强了材料的强度和耐磨性,同时具有较高的摩擦系数,适合列车转向架的使用要求。本发明还开发了一种旁承制造方法,通过将喷砂处理、底漆层涂覆、腐蚀液活化处理和胶黏剂粘贴等步骤的结合,显著提高了旁承耐磨层与旁承本体之间的粘贴牢固性。在此基础上,本发明还提列车转向架以助于提高列车运行的稳定性和安全性。
