The invention discloses an elevator fault prediction system and method, and the system comprises an elevator data collection module which is used for collecting elevator operation process data and elevator maintenance data; the data preprocessing module is in communication connection with the elevator data acquisition module, a neural network topological structure is established for the elevator operation process data and the elevator maintenance data, and associated elevator operation process data related to the elevator maintenance data is obtained; the fault prediction module is in communication connection with the data preprocessing module, inputs the elevator operation process data into a neural network model, calculates the weight of elevator maintenance data corresponding to the elevator operation process data, extracts a maintenance time sequence in combination with the elevator maintenance data, inputs the maintenance time sequence into a machine learning model, and obtains the remaining service life of the elevator; and the emergency processing module is used for making a corresponding standby emergency processing means according to the remaining service life of the elevator internal equipment corresponding to the elevator maintenance data. And the prediction of the elevator fault data and the prediction of the service life are realized through the RBF neural network model.

    本发明公开一种电梯故障预测系统及方法,其系统包括:电梯数据采集模块,用于采集电梯运行过程数据和电梯维修数据;数据预处理模块与电梯数据采集模块通讯连接,电梯运行过程数据和电梯维修数据建立神经网络拓扑结构,得到导致电梯维修数据与之相关的关联性电梯运行过程数据;故障预测模块与数据预处理模块通讯连接,将电梯运行过程数据输入神经网络模型,计算电梯运行过程数据对应电梯维修数据的权值,结合电梯维修数据提取维修时间序列输入机器学习模型中,获取电梯剩余使用寿命;应急处理模块,根据电梯维修数据对应电梯内部设备剩余使用寿命,作出相应备用应急处理手段。通过RBF神经网络模型实现电梯故障数据的预测和使用寿命的预测。
