The invention relates to a fault prediction method for an elevator door system, which comprises the following steps: two X-axis and Y-axis acceleration sensors are respectively arranged on two car door leaves, the intersection point of center lines in the horizontal and vertical directions is a coordinate 0 position, and the acceleration aV in the vertical direction and the acceleration aH in the horizontal direction of the car door are respectively collected; the Hall sensor is sleeved on any phase of input current of three phases of the portal crane to collect input current I0 of the portal crane; and aV, aH and I0 which are detected in real time are compared with the normal working curve, if the curve does not accord with the normal working curve, classification is carried out according to the fault characteristic curve of door machine belt abrasion, door change gear abrasion, door opening or closing and foreign matter jamming in a door sliding groove, and specific fault points and positions are output according to the fault characteristic curve classification result. And a fault curve is detected on line and compared with a normal curve, so that the fault point of the exit system can be predicted quickly, accurately and conveniently. And therefore, elevator maintenance personnel can take measures in time to prevent people from being trapped in the elevator.

    本发明涉及一种电梯门系统故障预测方法,两个XY轴方向加速度传感器分别设置在两扇轿门门扇上,水平和竖直方向的中线交点为坐标0位置,分别采集轿门垂直方向加速度aV和水平方向加速度aH;霍尔传感器套在门机三相任意一相输入电流上,采集门机输入电流I0;实时检测的aV、aH、I0与正常工作时的曲线进行比较,如不符合正常工作曲线,则根据门机皮带磨损、门挂轮磨损、不开门或者不关门、门滑槽中异物卡阻故障特征曲线进行归类,根据故障特征曲线归类结果将具体故障点及位置输出。在线检测出故障曲线,与正常曲线进行比较,可以快速、准确、便捷地预测出门系统故障点。以便电梯维保人员及时采取措施,防止电梯发生困人故障。
