The invention discloses a weighing-sensor-free starting method, a control system, electronic equipment and a storage medium, and the weighing-sensor-free starting method comprises the steps that when an elevator is started, a gate opening instruction is sent out, the output current of a motor is obtained, and reverse sliding pulses fed back by an encoder are recorded; determining a preset first compensation torque corresponding to the reverse sliding pulse; after the traction machine is controlled to output the first compensation torque, the traction machine is controlled to output a second compensation torque according to the reverse sliding pulse; when the second compensation torque is output, whether starting of the elevator is completed or not is determined based on the output current; if yes, controlling the elevator to enter an accelerated operation stage. A weighing sensor does not need to be arranged in the lift car, so that the cost is reduced; after the preset first compensation torque is output in advance, the traction machine is controlled to output the second compensation torque according to the slip pulse, the consumption time of the second compensation torque can be compressed in a very short time, the time of the whole torque compensation process can be shortened, the elevator waiting time and motor shaking can be shortened, and the elevator operation efficiency and the elevator taking experience are improved.

    本发明公开了一种无称重传感器启动方法、控制系统、电子设备和存储介质,包括:在电梯启动时,发出开闸指令,获取电机的输出电流以及记录编码器反馈的倒溜脉冲;确定与倒溜脉冲对应的预设的第一补偿力矩;在控制曳引机输出第一补偿力矩后,再根据倒溜脉冲控制曳引机输出第二补偿力矩;在输出第二补偿力矩时,基于输出电流确定电梯是否启动完成;若是,控制电梯进入加速运行阶段。无需在轿厢内设置称重传感器,减少了成本;预先输出预设的第一补偿力矩后,再根据溜脉冲控制曳引机输出第二补偿力矩,第二补偿力矩的消耗时长可以被压缩在很短的时间内,可以减少整个力矩补偿过程的时长,减少电梯等待时间和电机抖动,提升电梯运行效率和乘梯体验。
