The invention relates to the technical field of X-ray flaw detection equipment, in particular to a split type X-ray flaw detection device and a four-rotor X-ray flaw detection unmanned aerial vehicle. The split type X-ray flaw detection device comprises a high-voltage driving circuit, a voltage doubling circuit and a bulb tube; the high-voltage driving circuit is arranged on an external unmanned aerial vehicle, and the high-voltage driving circuit is electrically connected with the unmanned aerial vehicle; the voltage doubling circuit is arranged on the unmanned aerial vehicle, and the voltage doubling circuit is electrically connected with the high-voltage driving circuit; the bulb tube is arranged on the unmanned aerial vehicle, electrically connected with the voltage doubling circuit and used for emitting X-rays. The high-altitude flaw detection device solves the problem of high flaw detection energy consumption in the high-altitude flaw detection operation process of tension-bearing fragile hardware fittings in the prior art, and has the characteristics of low flaw detection energy consumption and convenience in maintenance.

    本发明涉及X光探伤设备技术领域,特别涉及一种分体式X光探伤装置与四旋翼X光探伤无人机,其中分体式X光探伤装置包含:高压驱动电路、倍压电路与球管;高压驱动电路设置在外部的无人机上,高压驱动电路与无人机电性连接;倍压电路设置在无人机上,倍压电路与高压驱动电路电性连接;球管设置在无人机上,球管与倍压电路电性连接,用于发射X射线。本发明解决了现有技术中对承拉力易断金具进行高空探伤作业过程中存在的探伤能耗高的问题,具有探伤能耗小、维护方便的特点。
