The bionic structure bearing heat dissipation cabin plate device for the satellite mainly comprises an upper top plate, transverse heat pipes, longitudinal heat pipes, a lower base plate and a reed bionic lattice structure, the multiple longitudinal heat pipes are embedded in the inner surface of the upper top plate in parallel at equal intervals, the multiple transverse heat pipes are embedded in the inner surface of the lower base plate in parallel at equal intervals, and the transverse heat pipes and the longitudinal heat pipes are mutually orthogonal; the outer surfaces of projection overlapping areas of the two heat pipes make close contact, the space formed by the upper top plate and the lower base plate is filled with reed bionic lattice structures in a staggered mode, unit cell branch arm structures of the reed bionic lattice structures are similar to reed stems, the interiors of branch arms are hollow, and the pipe diameters of the branch arms are gradually increased from the middle to the two ends of each section. The transverse heat pipes and the longitudinal heat pipes are evenly distributed at equal intervals, the heat pipe fin plates are orthogonally and externally attached, the whole cabin plate serves as a heat dissipation panel, the transverse heat pipes and the longitudinal heat pipes which are arranged at high density can play a role in reinforcing rib plates, meanwhile, the reed bionic lattice structure is adopted, and the weight of the cabin plate is greatly reduced while the strength is guaranteed through the internal hollow structure of the reed bionic lattice structure.

    本发明提供了一种卫星用仿生结构承载散热舱板装置,主要包括上顶板、横向热管、纵向热管、下基板和芦苇仿生点阵结构,上顶板内表面平行等距预埋多根纵向热管,下基板内表面平行等距预埋多根横向热管,横向热管与纵向热管相互正交,且两种热管投影重合区域外表面紧密接触,上顶板、下基板的两板所组成的空间内交错填充有芦苇仿生点阵结构,芦苇仿生点阵结构的单胞分支臂结构类似于芦苇杆茎,分支臂内部中空且管径由每分段中部到两端逐渐增大。本发明通过横纵热管等距均布且热管翅板正交外贴,使整块舱板充当散热面板,较高密度排布的横纵热管可发挥加强肋板作用,同时采用芦苇仿生点阵结构,其内部中空结构在保证强度的同时,大幅降低了舱板质量。
