The invention provides a device and a method for testing a butt joint structure of a wing root beam of an aircraft wing with a dihedral angle, the device for testing the butt joint structure is used for testing and verifying a force transmission path and load distribution of the wing root beam of the aircraft wing, and the device for testing the butt joint structure comprises a wing root beam butt joint test piece with the dihedral angle, the fixing device is used for fixing an outer spar and a central spar and receiving a force transmission path and load distribution of a wing root beam of an aircraft wing; the outer wing side loading transition section is used for transmitting a loading load in the extension direction of the outer wing spar; one end of the wing root beam butt joint test piece with the dihedral angle is connected with the outer wing side loading transition section, the other end of the wing root beam butt joint test piece with the dihedral angle is connected with the central wing side supporting section, and the central wing side supporting section is fixedly connected with a rigid support or a bearing wall; the method is suitable for the model selection test and verification test of the wing root beam butt joint structure, and provides support for the design of the wing root beam butt joint structure of the civil aircraft.
