The bionic gun shrimp cavitation jet nozzle comprises an inlet section, a cavity section and an outlet section, and the cavity section is in smooth transition connection with the outlet section; the cavity section comprises a first curved surface, a second curved surface, a third curved surface and a fourth curved surface which are smoothly connected in sequence. The invention further discloses a design method of the bionic pistol shrimp cavitation jet nozzle. The design method comprises the following steps that a two-dimensional model of a pistol shrimp big chelike profile curve is constructed; a dynamic gap formed in the closing process of the pistol shrimp chela is mapped to the structure of a static nozzle, bionic transformation is carried out, and a section curve of the pistol shrimp chela is segmented; and based on the two-dimensional model, the structure of the bionic cavitation jet nozzle is obtained through a discretization mapping method, and the bionic cavitation jet nozzle comprises an inlet section, a cavity section and an outlet section. According to the invention, high-quality cavitation bubbles can be generated, and a stable and good cavitation effect of high-energy focusing of gun shrimp jet flow is achieved; and the high-frequency output efficiency of the nozzle is achieved, the long-distance cavitation effect is good, and the manufacturing cost is low.

    本发明公开了一种仿生枪虾空化射流喷嘴,包括入口段、腔室段和出口段,腔室段与出口段平滑过渡连接;腔室段包括依次平滑连接的第一曲面、第二曲面、第三曲面和第四曲面。本发明还公开了一种仿生枪虾空化射流喷嘴的设计方法,包括以下步骤:构建枪虾大夹螯剖面曲线的二维模型;将枪虾大夹螯闭合过程中形成的动态间隙,向静态喷嘴的结构进行映射,开展仿生的转化,分割枪虾大夹螯剖面曲线;基于二维模型,通过离散化映射法,得到仿生空化射流喷嘴的结构,包括入口段、腔室段和出口段。本发明能够产生较高质量的空化气泡,具备枪虾射流高能量聚焦的稳定良好的空化效果;具有喷嘴的高频输出效率,远距离空化作用效果好,低制造成本。
