The method comprises the steps that the basic recovery torque of a motor is determined based on current state information of a vehicle; the basic recovery torque is corrected at least based on the battery charge state of the vehicle under the current driving condition and based on the driving condition, and expected recovery torque is obtained; based on the expected recovery torque, the vehicle is controlled to recover sliding energy, and the actual recovery torque is obtained; and under the condition that the deviation between the actual recovery torque and the expected recovery torque does not meet the preset condition, self-learning is conducted on the expected recovery torque based on the driving subjective requirement, and the target recovery torque is obtained and used for controlling the vehicle to execute and complete sliding energy recovery. Through matching of different scenes in the vehicle sliding energy recovery process, driving requirements of all people can be met according to habits of different drivers, and meanwhile the vehicle energy recovery utilization rate is increased.
