The rubber suspension system of the automatic port container carrier vehicle comprises a saddle connected with a vehicle frame, the saddle is connected with a connecting base in a bearing mode, and a containing space of a vibration reduction unit is defined by the connecting base and an inverted-V-shaped installation support. An auxiliary rubber spring and main rubber springs arranged on the two sides of the auxiliary rubber spring are installed on the inverted-V-shaped installation base in the direction facing the connecting base, and the requirement for large vertical nonlinear rigidity of the suspension under the no-load and full-load working conditions is met. A balance beam is arranged at the bottom of the inverted-V-shaped mounting support and comprises a balance beam body and a lining plate attached to the inner wall of the balance beam body, the strength of the beam body is improved, and meanwhile the requirement for light weight is met. The two ends of the equalizing beam are provided with equalizing beam spherical hinges, and the equalizing beam spherical hinges adopt a mode of vertically arranging connecting/fastening pieces so as to reduce the risk that the connecting/fastening pieces bear overlarge shearing force. While the lightweight design is achieved, the heavy load and variable stiffness characteristics are considered, and it is guaranteed that the vehicle has good NVH performance both in a no-load state and in a full-load state.

    本发明的港口自动集装箱运输车橡胶悬架系统,包括与车架连接的鞍座,鞍座承接连接座,连接座与倒V型安装支座围合形成减振单元的容置空间;倒V型安装座朝向连接座方向安装有辅橡胶弹簧及设置在辅橡胶弹簧两侧的主橡胶弹簧,实现了悬架在空载及满载工况垂向大的非线性刚度的需求;倒V型安装支座的底部设置有均衡梁,均衡梁包括均衡梁梁体和贴合在均衡梁梁体内壁的衬板,提升梁体强度的同时,兼顾了轻量化要求;均衡梁的两端设有均衡梁球铰,均衡梁球铰采用垂直布置连接/紧固件的方式,以减小连接/紧固件承受过大剪切力的风险。在实现轻量化设计同时,兼顾重载及变刚度特性,保证车辆空载和满载均有良好的NVH性能。
