The invention provides a quick release method and system for a highway exit section, and an electronic device, and relates to the technical field of highway dredging, and the method comprises the steps: according to the waiting state data of a plurality of to-be-released vehicles located at the highway exit section, obtaining a plurality of to-be-released vehicles; calculating to obtain a loss prediction value generated by congestion of the vehicles to be released and a loss prediction value generated after rapid release of the vehicles to be released; and when the loss prediction value generated by congestion is greater than the loss prediction value generated after quick release, the vehicles to be released which are congested at the exit section of the expressway are quickly released in order to reduce the further loss of the public. According to the invention, based on the loss prediction value generated by congestion and the loss prediction value generated after rapid release, whether rapid release is necessary is comprehensively judged, so that reasonable and rapid release of the expressway is realized, congestion of the exit ramp of the expressway is relieved, and loss caused by slow driving of the exit ramp is reduced.

    本发明提供了一种高速公路出口路段的快速放行方法、系统及电子设备,涉及高速公路疏通技术领域,该方法包括:根据位于高速公路出口路段处的若干个待放行车辆的等候状态数据,计算得到这些待放行车辆因拥堵产生的损失预测值和对这些待放行车辆进行快速放行后产生的损失预测值;在因拥堵产生的损失预测值大于快速放行后产生的损失预测值时,为降低民众进一步的损失,对高速公路出口路段处产生拥堵的这些待放行车辆进行快速放行。本发明基于拥堵产生的损失预测值和快速放行后产生的损失预测值,综合判断是否有必要进行快速放行,实现了高速公路的合理快速放行,既缓解了高速公路出口匝道的拥堵,又降低了出口匝道行驶缓慢造成的损失。
