According to the invention, information verification can be carried out on the vehicle driving in the highway network exit road section, the accuracy of fee deduction of the vehicle by the networking charging service system at the exit toll station can be improved, the phenomena of missed fee deduction and the like are reduced, the operation effectiveness and accuracy of the networking charging service system are improved, and the user experience is improved. Therefore, the order of the highway network exit section can be maintained.
