The ship lock hydraulic structure instant deformation monitoring and ship behavior monitoring system comprises a ship lock hydraulic structure deformation monitoring device, a ship behavior monitoring device and a background processing system. When a ship collides with the ship lock hydraulic structure, the ship lock hydraulic structure deformation monitoring device monitors a vibration signal and transmits the vibration signal to the background processing system, and the background processing system judges whether the monitored vibration signal exceeds a threshold value interval or not according to a set vibration threshold value interval. If the ship information exceeds the threshold value interval, the ship behavior monitoring device is started to capture the ship information, the captured information is transmitted to the background processing system, the background processing system processes the information to generate an information report that the ship collides with the ship lock hydraulic structure, and a manager restrains the ship driving and guiding behavior according to the report information.

    本发明提供了一种船闸水工结构瞬间变形监测及船舶行为监控系统及方法,包括船闸水工结构变形监测装置、船舶行为监控装置和后台处理系统;当船舶撞击船闸水工建筑物后,由船闸水工结构变形监测装置监测振动信号,并传输给后台处理系统,后台处理系统根据设定的振动阈值区间判断所监测的振动信号是否超出阈值区间,若超出阈值区间则启动船舶行为监控装置对船舶信息进行抓拍,并将抓拍信息传输至后台处理系统,后台处理系统通过对信息进行处理,生成船舶撞击船闸水工结构的信息报表,管理人员根据报表信息对船舶驾引行为进行约束。
