The invention relates to a vibration attenuation material, and provides a constraint damping structure containing acoustic black holes, which comprises an acoustic black hole layer and a damping constraint layer, the damping restraint layer comprises micro-nano damping layers and carbon fiber restraint layers which are alternately arranged. The constraint damping structure containing the acoustic black holes is lighter in weight, and has considerable strength and better vibration reduction performance.
