The invention relates to a bridge type damping ridge rib layered constraint damping wheel which comprises a wheel body and a constraint damping layer, the constraint damping layer comprises an inner constraint layer, an elastic damping layer and an outer constraint layer, the inner constraint layer is attached to the side face of the wheel body, and the elastic damping layer is tightly attached to the inner constraint layer and the outer constraint layer; an annular protrusion is arranged on the inner restraint layer, and cavities are formed in the positions, on the two sides of the annular protrusion, between the inner restraint layer and the radial plate. Ridge ribs are arranged on the elastic damping layer and tightly attached to the grooves, in the direction of the elastic damping layer, of the annular protrusions. Compared with the prior art, the inner restraint layer is provided with the annular protrusion at the position of the radial plate, the thickness of the elastic damping layer at the position is increased to form a ridge rib, a cavity is formed between the whole restraint damping layer and the radial plate, restraint on the elastic damping layer at the ridge rib is reduced, and the shear deformation capacity of the elastic damping layer is improved; the effect that the elastic damping layer converts vibration mechanical energy into heat energy to dissipate system vibration energy is enhanced, and vibration noise generated by wheels is reduced.

    本发明涉及一种桥式阻尼脊肋层状约束阻尼车轮,包括车轮和约束阻尼层,约束阻尼层包括内约束层、弹性阻尼层和外约束层,内约束层与车轮侧面贴合,弹性阻尼层分别与内约束层和外约束层紧密贴合;内约束层上设有环形凸起,内约束层与辐板之间在环形凸起的两侧形成空腔;弹性阻尼层上设有脊肋,脊肋紧密贴合至环形凸起在弹性阻尼层方向的凹槽。与现有技术相比,本发明中内约束层在辐板处设有环形凸起,增加该处弹性阻尼层的厚度形成脊肋,整个约束阻尼层与辐板之间形成空腔,减小脊肋处弹性阻尼层所受约束,增加弹性阻尼层剪切变形能力,加强了弹性阻尼层将振动机械能转化为热能而耗散系统振动能量的效果,减少车轮产生的振动噪声。
