The intermittent tension compensation device comprises a rope wheel mechanism, a transmission mechanism and an energy storage mechanism, the rope wheel mechanism is used for connecting an elevator car and a counterweight, and the transmission mechanism comprises a first-stage transmission unit and a second-stage transmission unit; the first-stage transmission unit and the second-stage transmission unit are matched with the rope wheel mechanism and are configured to rotate under the driving of the rope wheel mechanism; and the energy storage mechanism is matched with the first-stage transmission unit and the second-stage transmission unit, and is configured to continuously compress and store force under the alternate action of the first-stage transmission unit and the second-stage transmission unit, so that the rotation resistance borne by the rope wheel mechanism is gradually increased when the rope wheel mechanism continuously rotates towards one direction. According to the intermittent tension compensation device, intermittent gear transmission and intermittent friction transmission alternately work to achieve two-stage transmission, continuous and stable intermittent compensation force output is achieved, and the difference of the length variation of steel wire ropes on the two sides of a lift car and a counterweight is effectively compensated; and the moving stroke amount of the compensation force provided by the energy storage mechanism is reduced.

    本发明涉及一种间歇式拉力补偿装置,包括绳轮机构、传动机构和蓄能机构,绳轮机构用于连接电梯轿厢和对重,传动机构包括一级传动单元和二级传动单元;一级传动单元和二级传动单元与绳轮机构相配合,并配置为在绳轮机构的带动下转动;蓄能机构与一级传动单元和二级传动单元相配合,并配置为在一级传动单元和二级传动单元的交替作用下不断压缩蓄力,以使绳轮机构持续往一个方向转动时受到的转动阻力逐渐增大。本发明所设计的间歇式拉力补偿装置,通过歇齿轮传动和间歇摩擦传动,它们交替工作以实现两级传动,实现了连续、平稳的间歇补偿力输出,有效补偿了轿厢和对重两侧钢丝绳长度改变量的差异,并缩减了蓄能机构提供补偿力所移动的行程量。
