The tilting clamping ring is located in the tilting shaft, the axis of the tilting clamping ring coincides with the axis of the tilting shaft, the tilting clamping ring comprises balls, the balls are embedded between the tilting clamping ring and the tilting shaft at intervals and can freely roll, and the tilting clamping ring can freely rotate around the axis of the tilting shaft through the balls in the tilting shaft. The electrical wiring harness can be fixed and protected while the electrical wiring harness rotates along with the tilting nacelle, the wiring harness is prevented from being clamped or excessively twisted and deformed, and safety and reliability of the wiring harness in the tilting process are guaranteed.

    本发明涉及电动垂直起降飞行器技术领域,公开了一种eVTOL倾转短舱的线束倾转装置,位于中空设置的倾转轴内部,倾转短舱绕倾转轴的轴线转动,线束倾转装置包括电气线束和倾转卡圈,电气线束固定于倾转卡圈内部,倾转卡圈位于倾转轴内部,且倾转卡圈与倾转轴的轴线重合,倾转卡圈包括滚珠,若干滚珠间隔嵌设于倾转卡圈与倾转轴之间且滚珠能够自由滚动,倾转卡圈在倾转轴内部通过滚珠实现倾转卡圈绕倾转轴的轴线自由转动。本发明在电气线束随倾转短舱旋转的同时能够固定和保护线束,避免线束卡滞或过度扭曲变形,保证倾转过程中线束的安全可靠。
