The invention provides a buoy wall breaking self-sinking mechanism which comprises a protective shell and a wall breaking machine arranged in the protective shell. A movable groove is formed in the protective shell, the wall breaking machine comprises a motor arranged in the movable groove in a sliding mode, a screw rod is arranged on the output side of the motor, and a drill rod is arranged on the side, away from the motor, of the screw rod; a limiting plate is arranged in the protective shell, and the screw penetrates through the limiting plate and is in threaded connection with the limiting plate. According to the buoy wall-breaking self-sinking mechanism, the buoy shell is made of glass beads, the weight of the whole buoy can be reduced, and wall breaking can be achieved through a mechanical drill bit. A traditional plug structure is omitted, so that the sealing performance of buoy operation is guaranteed; the wall breaking operation is driven by the motor as power, the power acts on the drill rod to enable the drill rod to conduct wall breaking treatment on the buoy shell, and the efficient and safe wall breaking purpose is achieved.

    本发明提出了一种浮标破壁自沉机构,包括防护壳以及在其内部设置的破壁机;所述防护壳中开设有活动槽,所述破壁机包括包括在活动槽中滑动设置的电机,电机的输出侧设置有螺杆,螺杆远离电机的一侧设有钻杆;防护壳的内部设有限位板,螺杆贯穿限位板并与其螺纹连接。该浮标破壁自沉机构,基于运用玻璃微珠的材质作为浮标外壳,既能减轻整个浮标的重量,还能机械钻头破壁。通过取消传统的堵头结构,保证浮标作业的密封性能;破壁作业通过以电机作为动力驱动,将动力作用于钻杆使得钻杆对浮标外壳进行破壁处理,实现高效且安全的破壁目的。
