And the second oil bag is fixedly arranged outside the cylinder body and is connected with the other side of the oil pump through a pipeline. And the observation instrument is fixedly mounted at the top of the cylinder body, is electrically connected with the controller, and is used for carrying out floating observation and sinking observation and sending observation data to the controller. And the propeller is fixedly mounted at the bottom of the barrel through a frame and is electrically connected with the controller. And the power supply device is fixedly arranged in the cylinder body and is electrically connected with the controller. And the adsorption part is fixedly arranged on the edge of the propeller to adsorb sediments on the seabed. By arranging the adsorption part, when the buoy sinks into water and touches the bottom, the buoy is prevented from being lost by adsorbing sediments at the water bottom.
