The invention discloses an electric car steering method with multiple control modes. The electric car steering method comprises the steps that the included angle between a detection line sent by a distance sensor and the center line of a guide arm is a; when the electric car runs on the straight section of the guide rail, the distance sensor detects the distance between the electric car and the side wall of the guide rail in real time, and at the moment, the distance value measured by the distance sensor is constant; when the end part of the detection line sent by the distance sensor is in contact with the steering section of the guide rail, the distance value measured by the distance sensor is changed, and the turning radius of the guide rail is calculated according to the distances measured by the distance sensor at multiple moments; then calculating the distance between a front axle and a steering section of the steering rubber wheel; and when the front axle of the electric car moves to the steering section, the power-assisted driving mechanism is controlled to act, and the power-assisted driving mechanism enables the steering rubber wheel to steer according to the turning radius of the guide rail through the steering gear. The problem that in the prior art, when a guide wheel and a guide rail are matched for guiding, the abrasion loss between the guide wheel and the guide rail is large is solved.

    本申请公开了一种多种控制方式的电车转向方法,包括步骤:距离传感器发出的检测线和导向臂的中心线的夹角为a;电车在导轨笔直段行驶时,距离传感器实时检测其与导轨侧壁的距离,此时,距离传感器测得的距离值恒定;当距离传感器发出的检测线的端部和导轨转向段接触时,距离传感器测得的距离值发生变化,通过多个时刻距离传感器测得的距离计算出导轨的转弯半径;然后计算转向胶轮的前轴和转向段之间的距离;当电车的前轴移动至转向段时,控制助力驱动机构动作,助力驱动机构通过转向器使转向胶轮以导轨的转弯半径进行转向。本申请解决了现有技术中导轮和导轨配合进行导向时,导轮和导轨之间存在磨损量较大的问题。
