The invention discloses an integrated controller for a fuel cell system, and the input end of the integrated controller is connected to a fuel cell stack through a high-voltage wiring harness. The input end is connected with the output end of the integrated controller through an input EM I, a residual hydrogen discharging unit, an input pre-charging unit, an input capacitor, a DC/DC, an output capacitor, a PDU, an output pre-charging unit, an output fuse unit and an output EM I in sequence, the output end of the integrated controller is connected to a whole vehicle power system through a high-voltage wire harness, and the control system is connected with the DC/DC and sends a control instruction to the DC/DC. And the control system communicates with the integrated electric control main unit. According to the invention, a controller integrated function integration scheme is adopted, the cost of wire harnesses and part shells is saved, the volume power density of a fuel cell system is improved, and the function safety of the whole fuel cell vehicle is ensured through hybrid discharge strategy optimization.

    本发明揭示了一种燃料电池系统一体化控制器,一体化控制器的输入端通过高压线束连接至燃料电池电堆,所述输入端依次经输入EM I、余氢放电单元、输入预充单元、输入电容、DC/DC、输出电容、PDU、输出预充、输出熔断器单元、输出EM I连接一体化控制器的输出端,所述一体化控制器的输出端通过高压线束连接至整车动力系统,控制系统连接并向DC/DC发出控制指令,所述控制系统与一体化电控主单元通信。本发明采用控制器一体化功能集成方案,节省线束及零部件壳体成本,提高燃料电池系统体积功率密度,并且通过混合放电策略优化,保证燃料电池整车功能安全性。
