The invention discloses a power system based on a hydrostatic transmission hybrid power forklift truck and a control method, the power system comprises an engine, a clutch, a motor mechanism, a power mechanism and a working oil cylinder, the clutch is arranged on a mechanical transmission structure between an output shaft of the engine and an input shaft of the motor mechanism; the clutch is used for controlling separation and reunion of the engine and the motor mechanism, an output shaft of the motor mechanism is mechanically connected with an input shaft of the power mechanism, and an output shaft of the power mechanism is hydraulically connected with the working oil cylinder; the control method comprises the steps that the power needed by the whole forklift, the state of charge (SOC) of a power battery and the minimum rotating speed needed by a working device are obtained according to the current operation state of the forklift; obtaining the optimal specific fuel consumption power corresponding to the minimum rotating speed and obtaining first power; and determining power distribution of the engine and the double-acting motor according to the first power in combination with the state of charge (SOC) of the power battery. The invention has the advantages of high efficiency, energy conservation, environmental protection, stable operation and flexible operation.
本发明公开了一种基于静液压传动混合动力叉车的动力系统及控制方法,该动力系统包括发动机、离合器、电机机构、动力机构及工作油缸,该离合器被置于发动机的输出轴和电机机构的输入轴之间的机械传动结构上,该离合器用于控制发动机和电机机构的离合,该电机机构的输出轴与动力机构的输入轴机械连接,该动力机构的输出轴与工作油缸液压连接;该控制方法包括根据叉车当前运行状态获取整车所需功率、动力电池荷电状态SOC及工作装置所需最低转速;获取最低转速所对应的最优比油耗功率并获得第一功率;根据第一功率并结合动力电池荷电状态SOC,确定发动机和双作用电机的功率分配。本发明具有高效、节能、环保等优点,运行平稳,操作灵活。
