The invention provides a vertical shaft steel wire rope winding device and method. The vertical shaft steel wire rope winding device comprises a rotating disc mechanism, a base and a driving device. The rotating disc mechanism comprises a transversely-arranged main shaft and a rope disc arranged on the periphery of the main shaft in a sleeving mode. The base comprises a first supporting frame and a second supporting frame which are arranged at the two ends of the main shaft respectively, a first bearing seat and a second bearing seat are arranged at the top ends of the first supporting frame and the second supporting frame respectively, and the first bearing seat and the second bearing seat are arranged at the bottoms of the two ends of the main shaft respectively; the driving device comprises a coupler arranged at one end of the main shaft, a gear reducer connected with one end of the coupler, a turbine reducer connected with the gear reducer through a chain and a motor connected with the turbine reducer. The problems that in the prior art, efficiency is low and safety is low due to the fact that a rope disc special for the vertical shaft steel wire rope is manually and jointly rotated, and the steel wire rope is wound around the rope disc can be solved.
本发明提供一种竖井钢丝绳缠绕装置及方法,包括旋转盘机构、基座和驱动装置;旋转盘机构包括横向设置的主轴和套设在主轴外周的绳盘;基座包括分别设置在主轴的两端的第一支撑框架和第二支撑框架,在第一支撑框架和第二支撑框架的顶端分别设置有第一轴承座和第二轴承座,第一轴承座和第二轴承座分别设置在主轴两端的底部;驱动装置包括设置在主轴一端的联轴器、与联轴器的一端连接的齿轮减速器、与齿轮减速器通过链条连接的涡轮减速器和与涡轮减速器连接的电机。本发明能够解决现有技术中,通过人工合力转动竖井钢丝绳专用的绳盘,将钢丝绳缠绕到绳盘上,存在效率低、安全性低的问题。
