According to the process, the new rope is driven by the old rope, the old rope is replaced with the new rope in a manner of spitting the old rope by the new rope, the whole rope changing process can be only completed on the ground, the aerial work frequency is reduced, operators do not need to operate in a wellbore with large water spraying and air volume, and the safety is improved; and the new rope and the old rope are connected by a transition rope in the rope changing process, and the newrope and the old rope are clamped by a steel rope clamping plate, so that the new rope and the old rope can be prevented from being twisted, the rope diameter of the steel wire rope is prevented frombeing damaged; in addition, the rope changing process is used for shortening the rope changing time from 10 days to 4 days, and the rope changing efficiency is improved.
本发明公开了一种立井提升钢丝绳换绳工艺,在换绳过程中钢丝绳分为两次进行更换,每两根钢丝绳为一组,具体的换绳过程包括:架新绳、用旧绳引新绳、放新绳、更换副箕斗侧绳头、收旧绳及更换主箕斗侧绳头。本发明以旧绳带动新绳,以新绳吐出旧绳的方式用新绳对旧绳进行更换,整个换绳过程只需要在地面上就可以完成,减少了高空作业次数,不需操作人员在淋水和风量较大的井筒中作业,提高了安全性;并且在换绳过程中使用过渡绳连接新绳和旧绳以及用钢绳夹板将新绳与旧绳卡紧可防止新绳和旧绳扭在一起,从而避免钢丝绳的绳径被损坏,此外,本发明换绳工艺的使用将换绳时间从10天缩短至4天,提高了换绳效率。
