The invention discloses a storage robot used under special working conditions, and relates to the technical field of robots, the storage robot comprises a base, two groups of driving mechanisms and an outer shell; wherein the two driving mechanisms are symmetrically mounted on the two sides of the base, and each driving mechanism comprises a mounting frame, a driving wheel, a motor, a mounting base, two springs and two guide shafts; the mounting frame is mounted on the base, the two guide shafts are vertically mounted on the mounting frame in a sliding mode through linear bearings, the mounting base is mounted on the two guide shafts, the motor is fixed to the mounting base through a first adapter flange, and the driving wheel is connected with the output end of the motor through a transmission shaft. The two guide shafts are sleeved with the two springs respectively, and the springs apply downward acting force to the guide shafts; through the suspension type structure, the driving wheel moves up and down and always bears the acting force of the vertically-downward spring, and the phenomenon that the driving wheel slips due to insufficient pressure on the ground or the phenomenon that the robot is unstable due to too large pressure is prevented.
本发明公开一种用于特殊工况下的仓储机器人,涉及机器人技术领域,包括底座、两组驱动机构以及外壳体;其中:两组所述驱动机构对称安装于底座两侧,其包括安装架、主动轮、电机、安装基座、两个弹簧以及两个导向轴;所述安装架安装于底座,两个所述导向轴均通过直线轴承竖向滑动安装于安装架,所述安装基座安装于两个导向轴,所述电机通过第一转接法兰固定于安装基座,且所述主动轮通过传动轴与电机的输出端连接,两个所述弹簧分别套设于两个导向轴,所述弹簧给予导向轴向下的作用力;本发明通过悬挂式结构使得主动轮现实上下移动,并始终受到竖直向下的弹簧作用力,防止主动轮与地面压力不足出现打滑现象,或压力偏大出现机器人不稳定现象。
