The invention relates to a sharkskin-imitated scale self-adaptive flexible anti-drag film and a preparation method thereof.The design of miniature grooves in the surfaces of independent scale units is adopted, and the sharkskin-imitated scale self-adaptive flexible anti-drag film comprises bionic scale units (1) and a flexible substrate (2); each bionic scale unit (1) is composed of a supporting rod and scales with micro grooves in the surface, the supporting rods of the bionic scale units (1) are embedded into the flexible substrate (2), a scale array with the micro grooves is fixed to the upper portion of the flexible substrate (2), and therefore the sharkskin-imitated scale structure is formed and has the characteristic of self-adaptive resistance reduction according to the change of the flow direction. The preparation technology combining 3D printing and casting curing is adopted, the cost is low, and the method is suitable for large-area preparation.
本发明涉及一种仿鲨鱼皮鳞片自适应柔性减阻薄膜及其制备方法,采用独立鳞片单元表面微型沟槽的设计,包括仿生鳞片单元(1)和柔性基底(2);所述的仿生鳞片单元(1)由支撑杆和具有表面微型沟槽的鳞片组成,仿生鳞片单元(1)的支撑杆嵌入所述的柔性基底(2)中,带有微型沟槽的鳞片阵列固定在柔性基底(2)的上方,从而形成仿鲨鱼皮鳞片结构,具备根据流向改变而自适应减阻的特点。本发明采用3D打印与浇铸固化复合的制备工艺,成本低廉,适合大面积制备。
