The invention discloses an automatic driving decision-making method, an automatic driving decision-making system and a vehicle. The method comprises the steps that first sight line data and second sight line data of a driver in different scenes in the manual driving process and the automatic driving process of the driver are collected respectively; based on the first sight line data and the second sight line data, calculating the sight line difference rate of the driver at the same scene in the manual driving and automatic driving processes; and judging the gazing direction of the driver in the scene based on the sight line difference rate, and making a decision by the automatic driving system according to the gazing direction. According to the method, the watching behavior of the driver is introduced as the decision basis of the automatic driving system, so that the driving style and cognitive ability of the driver are better met, and the problem that the decision of the driver is inconsistent with the decision of automatic driving because the driver is insensitive to the risk factors of the surrounding environment can be solved; therefore, the driving safety of automatic driving is improved, and the risk degree when the driver takes over the vehicle is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种自动驾驶决策方法、系统及车辆。该方法包括:分别采集驾驶员在手动驾驶和自动驾驶过程中在不同场景中驾驶员的第一视线数据和第二视线数据;基于第一视线数据和第二视线数据计算在手动驾驶和自动驾驶过程中同一场景处驾驶员的视线差异率;基于视线差异率判断在场景时驾驶员的注视方向,自动驾驶系统根据注视方向进行决策。本发明通过引入驾驶员的注视行为作为自动驾驶系统的决策依据,更符合驾驶员的驾驶风格和认知能力,能够解决驾驶员因对周围环境的风险因素不敏感导致其决策和自动驾驶的决策不一致,在接管过程中易产生风险影响行车安全的问题,提高了自动驾驶的行车安全,降低了驾驶员接管车辆时的危险度。
