The method comprises the following steps: firstly, acquiring current environment information of a vehicle; the current environment information comprises current road surface information and current weather information; determining a quantized value of each candidate driving mode according to the current environment information, a first preset weight corresponding to each candidate environment information and a second preset weight corresponding to each candidate environment information in each candidate driving mode; the candidate environment information comprises candidate road surface information and candidate weather information; and finally, determining a target driving mode from the candidate driving modes according to the quantized values of the candidate driving modes. Through the method, the accuracy of driving mode determination can be improved.
