Further, the driving mode determining device determines that the activity intensity of the passenger is high-frequency activity intensity under the condition that the sitting posture adjusting frequency is greater than a first preset frequency; and under the condition that the activity intensity of the passenger is the high-frequency activity intensity, it is determined that the vehicle runs in a first driving mode, driving parameters corresponding to the first driving mode are smaller than driving parameters corresponding to a normal driving mode, and the driving parameters comprise the maximum steering rate, the maximum braking acceleration and the maximum driving acceleration. Therefore, the comfort and safety of passengers in the vehicle driving process are improved.
